Garcinia Cambogia (A supplement for weight loss)
Garcinia Cambogia came from a fruit with the same name Garcinia gummi-gutta or also known as Malabar tamarind that is grown in Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and some parts of Africa. The peel of the fruit contains high amount of Hydroxycitric acid ( HCA) that is active ingredient responsible for its weight loss benefits. Garcinia Cambogia supplements are made from extracts from the fruit’s peel. It  Some studies also says that Garcinia Cambogia may have some anti diabetes effects. It may also help protect against stomach ulcers and digestive tract damage.
Studies conclude that Garcinia Cambogia is safe for healthy people in the recommended dosage ( or up to 2,800 mg of HCA per day). According to some laboratory tests many garcinia cambogia supplements don’t contain the amount of garcinia cambogia listed on the label. Therefore it is best for you to buy from reputable manufacturers and suppliers to get the right dosage for your daily intake and make sure they contain 50 percent of HCA. Studies have only tested these supplements for up to 12 weeks at a time , therefore you may take a few weeks off every three months of taking Garcinia Cambogia supplements.

Like any other weight loss supplements, Garcinia Cambogia also have some reported side effects, that includes headaches, nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.
