This move is also similar to running in place. But instead of just running, you kick your feet back behind you to hit your glutes. This will help tone your butt and legs.
This move is a great cardio workout that also works your legs. To do this move, start by standing on your left leg. Then, jump to the right and land on your right leg. Immediately jump back to the left. Continue alternating sides.
5. Mountain climbers
This move is a great way to get your heart rate up. To do this move, start in a pushup position. Then, bring your right knee up to your chest. Return to the starting position and repeat with your left leg.
